Team

Meet the people behind the work.

We’ve led engineering teams, managed projects around the world, and shipped production software used by thousands. Now we build AI systems for you.

The team

Who you're working with

Headshot of Marcus Blair

Marcus Blair

Founder

Marcus Blair is the founder of Omega Business Solutions and the architect behind its AI practice. He designs and builds AI systems that connect business data across CRMs, accounting platforms, project management platforms, and email, bringing insights into the tools teams already use. Equally at home in the boardroom and the codebase, Marcus has led digital transformation in manufacturing, logistics, and professional services. He works directly with executives and go-to-market teams to drive adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

Headshot of Nima Aref

Nima Aref

AI Engineer

Nima's background spans cloud development, cybersecurity, and applied AI. At Omega, he delivers AI systems from architecture through production deployment. He interned on Tesla's AI and Autonomy team, contributing to perception and navigation workflows and testing autonomy software in real-world conditions. He has also programmed Boston Dynamics' Spot robot for navigation and live performance. Nima founded an independent cybersecurity lab whose student team placed fourth out of more than 1,100 teams in the national CyberPatriot competition.

Headshot of Cannon Moyer

Cannon Moyer

Cloud Engineer

Cannon builds AI and software systems for mid-market logistics, e-commerce, and service businesses. At Omega, his work spans custom AI automation, high-availability production applications, and web and mobile solutions. He deploys these systems on AWS and other major clouds, bringing software development and cloud engineering to the same project. Previously, Cannon was Software Development Supervisor at Auction Edge, where he led a six-person engineering team. His technical focus includes AI implementation, Python, Ruby on Rails, and system architecture.

Headshot of Kayla Brown

Kayla Brown

Software Engineer

Kayla builds managed intelligence solutions at Omega, working across every layer of a project, from the database to the user interface. Before Omega, she shipped production web applications and continued developing her skills through independent study and open-source work. Her foundation in Computer Science and Math at Maryville College shapes how she approaches software development. Kayla brings that grounding to her work with modern AI tools, using them throughout her workflow, from planning and implementation through deployment.

Working with us

Different backgrounds.
Shared responsibility.

Business and engineering experience

We connect technical decisions to how your business operates, drawing on experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and software development.

Experience across the system

Our team brings software, cloud, security, and operational knowledge to the same project. We consider how the parts work together.

Support through delivery

The people making technical decisions stay involved as your system is built and deployed. You work directly with the engineers responsible for the work.

AI Agent

Maggie

Maggie handles triage, drafting, and routing. Mail sent to her address reaches a person, and she doesn't reply on her own.

She is here because we run our own systems before we sell them, and because it would be strange not to say so.
