Two things move you to Standard
Compliance requirements, or a system that has to run on your own premises. A twelve-person firm under regulatory obligation is not a Basic engagement.
Plus a one-time implementation fee
Quoted in the proposal. It covers connecting your systems, working against your actual data, and getting it into use. The subscription covers running it from there.

Your data, plainly
Your data stays in the United States. We use business AI services and can host the system in the cloud or on your own premises. For on-premises hosting, the hardware is leased and the software remains a subscription.
Your business data is not used to train AI models. Your system runs on infrastructure dedicated to your business, with access limited to your account manager and their direct reports.
Your data remains yours and comes back to you in full. We discuss the return of your data and the end of hosting and support with you. Continued operation of the system outside the subscription would require a separate agreement.
