Privacy policy

How we handle the information you share with us.

Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Omega Business Solutions handles personal information through its website, inquiries, and customer support. Client information processed as part of an engagement is also governed by the applicable service agreement and data processing terms. CoreIQ, SightLine, and other independently operated services may have their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, business needs, and message. Partnership inquiries may include your role, website, and proposed opportunity. If you use our customer portal, we may also handle account details, company information, support tickets, and replies. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in general inquiry forms.

Information from using the website

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs. We use this information to deliver the website, investigate problems, and protect it against misuse.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess partnership opportunities, arrange conversations, provide support, manage business relationships, and maintain the security of our services. Information received in connection with client work is handled for the purposes specified in that engagement.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, business communications, and customer support. Our website is hosted on Vercel, and configured form email delivery uses Resend. Booking links lead to Google scheduling services. These providers handle information under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, respond to fraud, or address security incidents.

Cookies and saved form drafts

The inquiry forms save unsent drafts in session storage in your browser tab so you can return to your message. Drafts are removed after a successful submission and normally when the tab is closed. Customer portal sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session; staff Google sign-in uses temporary cookies during authentication. Browser settings can restrict cookies and storage, although some features may then be unavailable.

Retention and security

We retain information according to its purpose, the applicable business relationship, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. Retention practices for client data are addressed in the relevant agreement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe information has been exposed or an account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or an applicable agreement. Any additional rights depend on the laws that apply to you. For information controlled by your employer or another client organization, requests may need to be directed to that organization.

External services and policy updates

Links to partner websites, scheduling tools, and product sites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information. We may revise this policy as our services or practices change and will identify the date of the current version on this page.
