What this course is

This course is about understanding how AI changes the way an organization uses knowledge, makes decisions, serves customers, and coordinates work. You leave with a repeatable framework, not a slide deck of buzzwords.

Who should attend
  • Executives who need AI tied to revenue, cost, and competitive position
  • Operations leaders building smoother processes and better experiences
  • Internal analysts who turn organizational knowledge into faster, better decisions
Why this stands apart

No hand-holding on tools

Platform-agnostic. Students work real friction on their own tools.

The agenda

One Day a Week,
Four Working Days

DAY 1

Foundations, outcomes, and AI opportunity diagnosis

The day that decides whether the rest of the course lands: what AI has changed, and how to spot where it belongs in your business.

  • AI foundations for decision makers: tokens, context, and dollars
  • Tying AI to business outcomes you already report on
  • The seven AI modalities, and why automation is only one
  • The AI opportunity diagnosis framework, applied to your own process

DAY 2

Assistance, automation, interfaces, and customer experience

The first three modalities in depth, and what each one does to the experience of the people on either side of the process.

  • Assistance: where AI augments people instead of replacing steps
  • Automation: which processes qualify, and which quietly shouldn't
  • Interfaces: how AI changes the way work gets requested and delivered
  • Customer experience as a measurable outcome, not a sentiment

DAY 3

Decision support, creation, intelligence, and ROI

The remaining modalities, then the number you will be asked for the moment you propose any of this.

  • Decision support: turning organizational knowledge into faster calls
  • Creation and intelligence: output, analysis, and where each pays off
  • Building the ROI model: benefits, costs, payback, sensitivity ranges
  • Defending the number in front of a skeptical room

DAY 4

Orchestration, implementation, transformation, and capstone

How the pieces run together, what implementation costs an organization, and your own case presented to the room.

  • Orchestration: making several modalities work as one system
  • Implementation realities: sequencing, change, and what it costs
  • Transformation and the future of work in your organization
  • Capstone: present your AI Business Solution Brief and get it pressure-tested
